In-House Private Fitness Center!
Within our facility, we have a private gym where you will exercise one-on-one or in a small group with a personal trainer. Unlike a traditional gym, our training center is specifically designed to make you feel welcome and comfortable upon entering, not embarrassed or intimidated. All your exercise sessions are on a by appointment basis. At each session, you'll work with one of our friendly, professional fitness staff. During your entire exercise session, you'll have our undivided, expert attention.
Exercise is vital to weight loss! Our certified personal trainers will develop an individualized exercise program that promotes weight loss as well as lifetime fitness. In your initial fitness assessment, the personal trainer will calculate your body fat percentage and body mass index, evaluate your current exercise habits and future exercise goals, and test your strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular endurance. No matter what your fitness level, we will accommodate your specific needs and provide you with a regime that will fit into your lifestyle. Our private fitness center has various cardio machines and weights including: treadmill, recumbent exercise bike, elliptical machines, weights, weight bench, exercise balls and bands.
