The mission of CoraCares is to raise awareness and improve access to the prevention and treatment of obesity, provide education on obesity and its treatments, elevate the conversation of weight and its impact on overall health. \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CoreLife has created a new and innovative healthcare model focusing exclusively on weight and lifestyle. This community-based model is centered around coordinating care with the medical community, including hospitals, primary care, surgeons, and other medical providers.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sean Kostkowski, President of CoreLife &amp; Director at CoraCares stated, &#8220;Obesity is one of the leading health crises that we face. The path to a healthy lifestyle begins in childhood.
