CoreLife is leading a new paradigm for obesity treatment through an <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">integrated care model that coordinates medical, nutrition, behavioral health, and exercise in one location. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The company already has clinics in Boothwyn and Exton, and with the addition of Lansdale these clinics will be able to serve more than 4000 patients per year.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cThe CoreLife care model is rooted in evidence-based, personalized care. This is an approach that is not currently found elsewhere in healthcare, and is not available with retail weight loss or wellness programs,\u201d says Dr. Brian Baker, Chief Medical Officer for CoreLife. \u201c<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Our program aligns with recommendations from leading obesity medicine organizations, and results in better long-term outcomes for patients, their families, and the community.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cAs a community-based healthcare program, it is a priority for us to open clinics in locations that are convenient and local to the patients who need our services,\u201d says Sean Kostkowski, Founder and President of CoreLife. \u201cSo many American families, including my own, have struggled with issues related to obesity, and CoreLife wants to make our program accessible and available &#8211; which is why we are excited to expand into another Pennsylvania community.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">CoreLife\u2019s care model is built for patients needing enhanced individualization, attention, care, education, and accountability.
