CoreLife works with your chronic pain by tailoring our program to you. Our staff can confidently adjust all aspects of CoreLife to accommodate your pain. Our trainers will work within the activity guidelines provided by your primary care physician or specialist so that you can be assured that your sessions are both safe and effective. Our nutritionists can also work with you to make dietary adjustments that might help your pain as well.  Our goal is always first and foremost your success with us, and we pride ourselves on being able to meet the needs of all of our patients. 

When I started coming to CoreLife, I was desperate to lose weight. I was at my heaviest and I was at the end of my rope. I was beginning to think that it was hopeless. The ladies have always been supportive and encouraging, good weeks and bad. I made little changes at a time, and each change was one step closer to my goal. I am currently down 63.5 pounds and am continuing to set goals.
