One of the things we pride ourselves on is the individuality and creativity of each of our locations. We’re proud to showcase special events, promotions and more to demonstrate our commitment to our clients and our community. 

Open House in Severna Park!
May 2nd 7 am – 7 pm

We’re holding an Open House! If you or someone you know is interested in CoreLife, join us on Wednesday, May 2nd, all day for tours, free classes, a seminar, giveaways, and more!
From 7-9 am, we’ll be offering a light breakfast, as well as a stretching session led by our trainer Becca at 7:30 am.
Stay after for a tour and a complimentary consultation, or come by anytime through the day. Stop by on your lunch break and test our metabolism on our RMR machine!

At 5 pm, we’ll be holding our first giveaway, followed by snacks and a seminar by our dietitian at 5:30 pm.
At 6:15, it’s time for a free KickFit class with Megan! It’s a full and exciting day and we hope you can come!

“April showers bring May flowers” so the saying goes. Flowers are great, but on rainy days, sometimes it’s easier to stay in your cozy home rather than hitting the gym. And that’s ok! This month’s free class is about how you can get exercise at home, no matter how small your space.

Low Impact Body Sculpting, only at CoreLife Severna Park

Monday, April 23rd 6:30 pm – 7:00 pm

April’s free class in Severna Park  is a beginner’s low impact cardio circuit that will incorporate tips for stretching before and after a workout. This workout focuses on isometric exercises that will strengthen your legs, core and back, while improving your posture and flexibility.

Don’t forget, you do NOT have to be a CoreLife member to take advantage of this class. If you or someone you know has interest in CoreLife, this is a great opportunity to come and see what we’re all about!

ZumFit with Casaundra! ZumFit combines strength training with rhythmic movements found in Zumba! CoreLife Bowie will be holding this class on Saturday, April 21st from 11am – 12pm. This complimentary class is sure to fill up quickly, so be sure to reserve your spot by either emailing bowie@corelifemd.com or calling 301.383.2581
