- Almond milk (1 1/2 cup almond milk)
- Bananas (2 pieces, mashed)
- Vanilla (2 teaspoons)
- Salt (1/2 teaspoon)
- Honey or Maple syrup (1/3 cup)
- Baking soda (1 teaspoon)
- Baking powder (1/2 teaspoon)
- Dried fruit or mixed berries like blueberries (1 1/4 cup)
- Cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
- Walnuts (1/4 cup, chopped)
STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS
- Start by preheating your oven to 375°F. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or line the tin with muffin liners.
- In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- In a large measuring cup or separate bowl, whisk together the almond milk, honey or maple syrup, vanilla extract, and mashed bananas until well combined.
