STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Start by preheating your oven to 375°F. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or line the tin with muffin liners.
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together the oats, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
