Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup cold coffee/espresso
  • 1/3 cup milk (I use whole, grass-fed)
  • 1/4 cup full-fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 – 1 Tbsp cocoa powder (unsweetened)
  • 1/2 Tbsp honey
  • 2 handfuls fresh spinach (about 2 cups)
  • 1 banana, in chunks and frozen

Instructions

  1. Add ingredients to blender: Add all the ingredients to your blender in the listed order.
  2. Blend: Blend until smooth. If needed, add more milk to thin it out or add ice to make it colder.
  3. Taste and adjust: Taste your blend and add sweetener if desired.
  4. Serve: Enjoy your drink!
