Some days I’m in a rush in the morning. I know I need something to eat. I know I need a good protein source. I’d love if I could start the day with some veggies. But, I also know little beats a good old chocolate milk…
Enter my powered up chocolate milk. If you use whole milk, this delicious concoction clocks in at 230 calories, with over 7 grams of protein, perfect for a morning snack or a great compliment to a breakfast with a hard-boiled egg on the side. Make sure to add the ice to help disguise the spinach in this lovely drink and feel free to throw in some peanut butter to boost the calories to an appropriate meal level, as well as the protein! Homemade chocolate milk that really does the body good! 🙂
