More Treatment Options for Obesity with New CoreLife Clinic Opening
National healthcare company expands services in Lansdale, Pennsylvania
MILLERSVILLE, MD – CoreLife, a comprehensive healthcare program focused on obesity and related disease states, is opening a new clinic in Lansdale on October 18, 2021. CoreLife is leading a new paradigm for obesity treatment through an integrated care model that coordinates medical, nutrition, behavioral health, and exercise in one location. The company already has clinics in Boothwyn and Exton, and with the addition of Lansdale these clinics will be able to serve more than 4000 patients per year.
“The CoreLife care model is rooted in evidence-based, personalized care. This is an approach that is not currently found elsewhere in healthcare, and is not available with retail weight loss or wellness programs,” says Dr. Brian Baker, Chief Medical Officer for CoreLife. “Our program aligns with recommendations from leading obesity medicine organizations, and results in better long-term outcomes for patients, their families, and the community.”
“As a community-based healthcare program, it is a priority for us to open clinics in locations that are convenient and local to the patients who need our services,” says Sean Kostkowski, Founder and President of CoreLife. “So many American families, including my own, have struggled with issues related to obesity, and CoreLife wants to make our program accessible and available – which is why we are excited to expand into another Pennsylvania community.”
CoreLife’s care model is built for patients needing enhanced individualization, attention, care, education, and accountability. Each clinic team includes a nurse practitioner, registered dietitian, exercise specialist, and licensed clinical social worker who collaborate to deliver compassionate, comprehensive care plans for patients.
CoreLife’s Lansdale clinic is located at 2326 N. Broad Street, Lansdale, PA 18915 and will be open Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00am-5:30pm, Tuesdays from 8:30am-7:00pm, and Thursdays from 8:30am-5:30pm.
