- 4-6 bell peppers
- 1 pound lean ground meat
- 4 cups chopped or minced leftover veggies
- Any seasoning that you like
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat your oven to 350°F.
- Prepare the peppers: Cut the top off the peppers and remove the seeds.
- Prepare the filling: In a bowl, combine the meat, veggies, and seasoning.
- Stuff the peppers: Stuff the peppers with the meat and veggie mixture.
- Bake the peppers: Place the stuffed peppers on an oven-safe plate and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Serve: Once done, remove from the oven and enjoy!
