Instructions

  2. Prepare the peppers: Cut the top off the peppers and remove the seeds.
  3. Prepare the filling: In a bowl, combine the meat, veggies, and seasoning.
  4. Stuff the peppers: Stuff the peppers with the meat and veggie mixture.
  5. Bake the peppers: Place the stuffed peppers on an oven-safe plate and bake for 45-60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
