Adults and kids love this easy-to-make bone-healthy snack that’s high in calcium and Vitamin D, without any added sugar or saturated fat. Each ingredient has also been shown to decrease bad cholesterol and blood pressure.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen blackberries
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1 1/2 cup nonfat (skim) milk fortified with Vitamin D
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup instant oats
 

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender. Blend for 30 seconds. Stir and then blend for another 30 seconds. 
  2. Serve immediately and enjoy!
