  • ¾ cup green bell pepper, sliced
  • ¾ cup red bell pepper, sliced
  • ½ cup onion, sliced
  • ¼ cup water
  • 4 corn tortillas
  • 2 oz chorizo
  • ½ cup great northern beans
  • 1 lime, quartered


Step 1:

Heat skillet with water over medium heat to steam sauté the onions and peppers. More water may be needed to cook vegetables to desired softness.

Step 2:

Once vegetables are cooked to your liking add in the chorizo. The chorizo will add lots of flavor, but feel free to add any other seasoning you like.

Step 3:

When chorizo is fully cooked add in beans and mix.

Step 4:

Mix and combine all ingredients.

Step 5:

Distribute the taco filling between your 4 tortillas evenly. Squeeze lime juice on tacos and enjoy!
