For Taje, one of our Patient Navigators, CoreLife aligns perfectly with her personal principles. She is passionate about helping people on their journey to better health, and that’s precisely what CoreLife is all about. Being a CoreLife patient herself, she is able to identify with the patients she greets and can offer personal insight into the program.
Over the course of her time at CoreLife, she has learned an invaluable lesson. “We can have a profound impact on patients, even from the very first conversation.” Tajé says she “realized that a little encouragement can go a long way in making a significant difference in someone’s life.”
Outside her role at CoreLife, Tajé has a rich array of creative outlets and interests. She loves reading, singing, and writing poetry. Spending quality time with family, friends, and books is her favorite.
Since joining CoreLife,Tajé’s perspective on her role has evolved. She’s come to understand that her journey at CoreLife is 100 percent about the patient, which aligns with the company’s core values. “I am just a stepping stone in helping patients reach their goals, and that’s what it’s all about.”
When asked about advice for someone starting a new job at CoreLife, Tajé offers a profound insight. She stresses the importance of understanding that every part of the company plays a vital role in the patient’s journey towards better health. New team members should recognize the difference they can make and understand their potential to change lives.
Before joining the CoreLife family, she worked in an endocrine and diabetes office. This prior experience in the field made the transition to CoreLife a natural fit. So far, her favorite memory of working at CoreLife is a personal one – meeting Sean, President of the company. “I have never worked at a place where the CEO, the head of the company, was accessible to me.” This personal connection with leadership has made her experience at CoreLife truly special.
