- 2 bananas, of similar size
- 4 TB PB Fit powder, mixed with water to make peanut butter
- 14g (about 2 pieces) semi-sweet baker’s chocolate, melted
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Slice each banana into 16 equal pieces.
Spread the peanut butter onto one slice of banana, then top with another banana slice and place on the baking sheet. Repeat until all banana slices and PB are gone. When finished, you should have 16 banana ‘bites.’
Dip or drizzle the melted chocolate over each banana bite. Place in freezer for at least 4 hours, then enjoy!
Once completely frozen, divide and store the banana bites in individual portions for easy snacking.
Try topping with your favorite nut or substituting bananas for strawberries!
