Ingredients
- 2 bananas, of similar size
- 4 TB PB Fit powder, mixed with water to make peanut butter
- 14g (about 2 pieces) semi-sweet baker’s chocolate, melted
Instructions
- Prepare the baking sheet: Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Slice the bananas: Slice each banana into 16 equal pieces.
- Assemble the bites: Spread peanut butter onto one slice of banana, then top it with another slice of banana. Place the stack on the baking sheet. Repeat this process until all the banana slices and peanut butter are used up. You should have 16 banana “bites.”
- Add chocolate: Dip or drizzle the melted chocolate over each banana bite.
- Freeze: Place the baking sheet in the freezer for at least 4 hours.
- Serve: Once frozen, enjoy your delicious banana bites!
