INGREDIENTS

  • Whole-wheat tortilla (1 package, 8 inches)
  • Turkey breast (1 cup, cooked and shredded)
  • Tomatoes (1 piece, sliced)
  • Hummus (1/4 cup)
  • Cucumber (1 small piece, sliced)
  • Carrots (1 piece, sliced)
  • Baby spinach (1 cup, chopped)
  • Lime juice (1/4 cup)
  • Sriracha (optional)
  • Lime wedge
  • Salt and pepper

STEP-BY-STEP INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Heat the tortilla in the oven or microwave to make it pliable. Warm it between two damp paper towels to keep the tortilla soft.
  2. Lay out the whole-wheat tortillas on a clean surface and spread the hummus evenly over each tortilla, creating a flavorful base.
