CoreLife Healthcare is very happy to announce some exciting leadership changes. These changes will reposition our executive team to drive the company forward in alignment with our long-term vision and growth strategy, as well as align with best practices in healthcare leadership.

David DeLeonibus will transition to the role of Executive Vice President and Chief Business Officer. As Chief Business Officer, Dave will lead and drive the company’s healthcare partnerships, business development operations and marketing efforts. His ability to foster and maintain relationships has been key to the growing success of CoreLife. 

“As Chief Business Officer, I look forward to creating an integrated strategy to accelerate our business growth and maximize the value of our partnerships,” says Dave.

Serving as Executive Vice President since 2014, Dave was able to grow our referral networks from 150 a year to over 25,000. In addition to establishing multiple health system partnerships, Dave was responsible for the development, integration and growth strategy for all health system and physician partnerships. This new role will allow him to increase his focus on the long-term growth and expansion of the organization. 

Ryan Ebersole will move to the new role of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.  Ryan will leverage his experience operating the business to drive organization and strategy to the company’s financial position with responsibility for finance, accounting, planning & analysis, and technology. He will set the strategic direction for a highly coordinated and consolidated revenue and cash management function, buoyed by an enterprise-wide data management and business intelligence function. Ryan will continue to participate in key decisions pertaining to strategic initiatives.

Ryan has contributed significantly to CoreLife for the past 8 years, primarily as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. During his time as COO, Ryan’s leadership helped lead the company grow from 2 practices and 10 employees in 2013 to 35 practices and more than 300 employees, and multiple health system partnerships today.

Heather Aram, will join CoreLife in the role of Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. Previously Vice President of Service Line and Ambulatory Development at Novant Health UVA Health System, Heather brings more than 20 years of healthcare leadership experience combined with a proven track record in healthcare operations, provider alignment and strategic planning that will serve our organization well. Her work ethic and collaborative focus have earned her respect from all members of CoreLife’s executive management team and we are excited to have her join our company.

 In her role at Novant Health UVA Health System, Heather led many key initiatives, both operationally and strategically, including the build and integration of Novant Health Haymarket Medical Center, deployment of initiatives that extended the growth of the key service lines for the organization and led successful mergers and acquisitions. Heather was with the Novant Health team in Charlotte, NC for 5 years before transitioning to Northern Virginia in 2011.  Prior to joining Novant Health, she worked in medical device sales and is a former labor and delivery nurse. In addition to her work at UVA Community Health, she demonstrates a strong conviction to support the local communities through volunteerism. She currently serves on the Prince William County George Mason University Advisory Board, Hylton Performing Arts Board of Directors, Prince William Medical Center Foundation Board and is the UVA ACO Board Chair since 2016. Heather previously served on the DC Metro March of Dimes Board of Directors as well as Prince William County Chamber of Commerce Board. She is a 2016 graduate of Lead Virginia. As a finalist for the Heroines of Washington Award in 2014, Heather was honored with a nomination that recognizes inspirational women from the DC Metro Area for their volunteerism. She is passionate about Helping Haitian Angels, a non-profit Christian organization caring for orphaned and abandoned children in Northern Haiti. Heather received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and is currently finishing her Master of Business Administration with Louisiana State University Shreveport. In her free time, she enjoys running, designing and decorating, and spending time with her husband, son and 14-year-old golden retriever, Riley.

We are thrilled to announce this realignment of our leadership team, especially as we are entering the 10th year of CoreLife’s operations.
