Ingredients

  • 1 cup whole wheat bread crumbs
  • 3 lbs ground turkey
  • 3 eggs beaten
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 4 tbsp fresh sage
  • 3/4 cup onions diced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 3/4 cups fresh parsley
  • 2/3 cups parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Directions

Step 1:

Preheat oven to 350°F degrees.  In a large bowl, combine turkey, onions, bread crumbs, spices, and cheese.

Step 2:

Using your hands, blend the ingredients together. Then, add the egg and mix until well combined.

Step 3:

Using your hands, form the mixture into small meatballs (approximately 1 1/2 inch in diameter).

Step 4:

Place the meatballs on a cookie sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes (or until cooked through) and enjoy!
